“SAMO-Soft” is a leader among Russian companies – software developers in the field of automation of tourist enterprises. During these 17 years of hard work (the company was founded in 1991), “SAMO-Soft” has implemented many successful projects, among which we must mention the development of information analysis systems made for the Russian Federal Property Fund (RFPF), several TVC channel departments, Information Agency “Interfax”, Supreme Council of Russia and regional Council, Russian Ministry of Transport, production and commerce company “LINDA”, “CITY-Cement” Company, largest frozen foods supplier “INKO”, and many others.
But a special, and eventually a determinative role is played by “SAMO-Soft” on the tourist technologies market. It is not by chance that our developments, such as “SAMO-Tour” for the automation of tour operators, “SAMO-TourAgent” for the automation of travel agencies, “SAMO-Incoming” for the automation of the receiving party, online reservation module for tour sales via the Internet, are widely known to professionals in tourism. We are the first to develop and implement the software for travel agencies. Our software has expanded wide across our immense homeland – “SAMO” is successfully used in Kaliningrad, St. Petersburg, Barnaul, Irkutsk, Voronezh, Ekateringburg, Yakutsk, Perm and Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Norilsk, Vladivostok and Khabarovsk.
Our nearest neighbors are also interested in using the software – our customers are located in Minsk, Riga, Kiev, and Kishinev.
The use of “SAMO-Incoming” software system is even wider in terms of geography, since this program covers the activity of foreign incoming companies.
“SAMO-Soft” collaborates with several educational institutions (MHSA, RIAT, etc.) and is an active member of the Association for Tourist Technologies Assistance, which advocates for information technologies in tourism.
Our developments do not pertain to a closed system: “SAMO” products are integrated with “1C-Rarus” and “Parus” standard solutions, developed for tourist companies’ accounting. Together with our partner “Megatek” company we have created a shared information server “Bronni” – a modern technology concept allowing automatic information gathering from many tour operators.
We are open for cooperation with other companies in the field of computer technologies and specialized software development. Regional IT companies in Ekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Kiev are our official representatives. We also welcome for cooperation companies from other regions.
